Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Once you purchase credits, they remain in your account indefinitely until used. There are no monthly minimums or subscription fees.
How does billing work?
You pre-purchase credits (USD). Each API call deducts the corresponding amount from your balance. You can top up at any time. We send email alerts when your balance drops below a threshold you set.
Is NexaAPI OpenAI-compatible?
Yes. NexaAPI uses an OpenAI-compatible API format. You can use the official OpenAI Python/Node.js SDK — just change the base_url to https://api.nexaapi.com/v1. Most frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) work out of the box.
How are you able to offer 1/5 pricing?
We negotiate enterprise volume contracts with model providers, operate our own GPU infrastructure for select models, and aggregate demand across thousands of customers. These savings are passed directly to you.
What's the uptime SLA?

Can I use NexaAPI for commercial projects?
Yes. All plans include commercial usage rights. The generated content belongs to you. Please review individual model licenses — some models (like Flux Dev) have specific commercial terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact [email protected]. Partially used credit bundles are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
